Terrible management but good colleagues
The management is not done well at all, one of the Lincolnshire co-op policies is a “family friendly policy” that means you can balance work and life commitments but how can you do this when you don’t get any weekends off at all to see your family. The managers aren’t approachable either with any concern or issue you have and favouritism is very obvious. - more...
