One telephone interview followed by completion of a micro teach on a relevant subject via Skype. English and Maths skills checked online and a taster session organised prior to accepting the job.

I'm contracted to 8.5 hours per day but that time includes allowances for a 45 minute lunch break and 2x 15 minute breaks.
Depending on your role there is also an option to start at 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00 to suit your schedule.
