Do Lidl allow people with coloured hair? I really don't want to have to go a natural colour for the job

On the job do you have to work weekends? The job advertisement does not say what days and how many hours a day
Expect to be working weekends in most retail jobs...because what stores do you know food/clothing that are not open on a weekend and only operate weekdays??? Use a bit of common sense! And why would any company retail or not advertise a job vacancy and detail what hours in the day you'll be working or even detail what days/weekends you'll be required to work??? They don't have a clue until they do the staff rotas what days or hours you'll be working....
Does Lidl require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does Lidl do and how long does it take to complete?
No they don't do background checks for sales assistant roles but they do for duty management and store management positions.
I have a larceny on my background from 6 years ago and counting, and got a job offer, do you think they will still hire me? I have had management roles dealing with money and such since then. I really want this job.
Yes they will still hire you, its spent and it's 6 years and over and after 6 years its definitely spent and probably won't appear on the check they do if they do one at all as I know they don't do checks on sales assistant roles but I think they do for duty management or store management positions just because of the added responsibilities you have as management dealing with cash, the safe and being a key holder, but I wouldn't worry too much.
