Bright, vibrant, ambitious and filled with driven people all working to the common goals of delivering the best recruitment service to candidates and clients and growing a great internal working culture.

Hardest part of any recruitment job are the knock backs and disappointments all fairly typical of sales!

LHi provide lots of support and training as well as having a focus on your own personal development. It's a fun place to work where success is celebrated and with inevitable failures, there is the support to keep going.
Pros
Rolex targets, Global offices & relocation opportunities, strong client and candidate database
Cons
Music can be a little loud at times

Progressive Thinking/Rapidly Expanding Business!

LHi is definitely an organisation of opportunity. If there was ever a place where 'you get out what you put in', then it's right here at LHi (without sounding too cliche).

You are given the tools to reach your potential if you're willing to put in the work, and where you do put in that hard work and graft, you see brilliant results and benefits; from rapid career progression, to incentives like global holiday trips, or michelin star dining. There's no doubt the job can be hard at times; you work long hours, but this is necessary to build your clientele - 'the harder the journey the sweeter the reward' vibes.

The culture is also brilliant - I think recruitment organisations get a bad rep. But LHi is conscious of where improvements are needed and these are acted on immediately. Like any business, growth is essential, and it's great to see leadership actively being 'good humans' and pushing their teams to do the same.

If you want an exciting atmosphere, a buzzing workplace and the support of a global organisation, cheering you on and supporting your steps to success, then i'd definitely consider working in one of many global offices that LHi are opening at a staggering rate.

If you're driven, hard-working, respectable person with an open mind, keenness to learn, LHi can give you whatever success you're looking for in the fullest; whether that's financial stability, work flexibility, work environment.
Pros
Learning & Development, incentives, the people!
Cons
Longer hours (like any recruitment job)

Fantastic place to work if career progression and/or money is important to you. Different from the stereotypical recruitment company as you're more than a number and actually have input and a voice in the company.

Great 12 week training and management are extremely supportive, you feel like they have your best interests at heart and want to see and help you progress.

Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a change or looking to get into recruitment!
Pros
Great commission structure, holiday and rolex incentives and the atmosphere
