a typical day at work would involve completing mandatory paper work and cleaning. i learned how to manage guests and my customer service skills massively expanded as i am able to deal with difficult guests by resolving issues in a timely manner.the job itself i felt was not challenging me and was i was not reaching my full potential. i did enjoy being able to work with children and if given the opportunity would have stayed.

The management here were very unorganised, with rotas only being handed out on average 4 days in advance of the start of the week. Would not recommend this as a good work place. Also a minimum wage for such an intense and stressful job doesn't help people staying in the job .
