You could book in for a shift arrive at the location and be told to go home because you are "back up" which could be very annoying as you may live far from where you want to work.

Don’t waste your time applying for this agency. They seem nice throughout the interview stage but don’t have any standards. Poor management, over worked staff and no consistency with shifts.

Caterer (Former Employee) –  Piccadilly, Greater London14 April 2018
I was always busy, I was always given something to do. Either it was making the tea, polishing, serving the customers, taking the orders etc. Additionally, the staff members were helpful and I got to grips with the work which therefore made the manager very happy.

Waiting staff (Current Employee) –  London, UK17 April 2017
Really lovely people, who I enjoy working with, however the pay is not so good.
The team in the office can be very nice and helpful most of the time.

Live this organisation. The managers are helpful, understanding and always appreciate a work life balance is required for me and all their staff. I wish i signed up with them years ago. All the staff are professional, and treat their temps with the upmost respect.

WAITER (Current Employee) –  London, ENG21 December 2015
I work for different hotels and exclusive clubs every day. I learned how to work with a team and how works the hospitality. I had a good feeling with the managers and supervisors. The hardest part of this job is stay stand up all the day, but the most enjoyable part is the satisfaction of the customer and the building of good feeling with the staff.
Pros
free meals, friendly staff
