Joiner (Former Employee) –  Lancastet18 November 2017
Work colleagues are great to work with, pension and holidays are great.

Management are useless always pass the buck, never take responsibility, you do 80% of there work. Pay is shocking for a tradesman takes you 6 yrs + to reach top of pay grade. A driver with no qualifications or skills is on the same pay scale as a qualified joiner, who took 3 yrs training to learn his trade.
Pros
Pension, holidays, work colleagues
Cons
Pay is shocking for a tradesman

Leisure Assistant (Former Employee) –  Lancaster6 October 2018
As part of the role as a leisure assistant, you have to supervise and ensure the safety of the public in a swimming pool, prevent and respond to emergencies. You have to constantly be alert and act immediately and appropriately to ensure the safety of the public in the event of an emergency. You need to be able
to provide emergency treatment and care as required until the arrival of the emergency services. You also have to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, as well as maintain a high standard of customer service. As part of the job, you also have to perform various maintenance and house- keeping duties to ensure a clean and safe facility. Being a lifeguard also required you to complete on- going training once a month. This involves keeping up to date with first aid training, maintaining CPR standards and using a defibrillator.

Seasonal splash park attendant (Former Employee) –  Morecambe26 July 2018
Good training in all aspects of the job. Well compensated for hours worked. Hours not very flexible. Good support from immediate superiors on site when the park was busy.
