my typical day was re-stocking, food and drink, cleaning tables, serving customers, order taking and cash handling.
I have learned how to serve customers, re- stock food and drink, how to cash handle and also number solving.
my management was very helpful and made sure everyone is ok, I worked with a very nice woman who taught me how to serve customer service.
the hardest part of the job was serving a long cue of people in a fast paced café, and also the most enjoyable part was meeting different people day to day and learning how to do customer service.
