Line Operator (Former Employee) – Telford – 31 January 2018
you get in put your apron on I learnt to be very quick on my feet making all sorts such as: boxes, fixing machines when line is broken the hardest job was just fixing stuff when i didn't know what to do, so i Had to either ask for help very quickly the most enjoyable part was just helping other people complete a job very quickly
Lots of training and support available to do the job. Regular reviews and the management were generally very good. Good salary and benefits that were difficult to match. Downside was there were always regular redundancies
The work at KH was always challenging and with lots of opportunities to learn. I particularly enjoyed the empowerment of my job,
Regional Senior Systems Analyst (Former Employee) – Hayes, Greater London – 4 May 2017
I enjoyed working at KH even through all the changes of the business. That made the job very exciting as we faced many challenges when deploying IT projects. It allowed me to be proactive. Timelines and budgets were always challenging and fast paced.
Setter (Current Employee) – Telford, Shropshire – 9 February 2017
Not bad to work, team leaders not to lead to control of the shop floor, no team work, rarher5stand and talk then help others, under manned on some lines, physically demanding, whilst others on same wage get away with murder
Factory Worker (Former Employee) – Telford and Wrekin – 23 July 2016
I was here from April 2015 to February 2016. I enjoyed it here but I was working through a job agency and without warning beyond random rumour we stopped getting work. The company Heinz had decided to swap employment agency but gave zero formal notice to the agency I was with at the time and zero formal notice to the workers on that agency's books. I tried to sign with the new agency taken on by Heinz but have yet to get any work from them at Heinz.
