Great Staff
Tenancy Enforcement Team Leader (Current Employee) –  Bristol/WSM11 August 2016
All staff work hard together to provide the best possible service to its customers.

With flexible working, your day may begin at slightly different times. With a varied workload, each day is never the same, which makes everyday a learning experience with a variety of challenges.
Pros
Field & Flexible Working
Cons
Head Office in WSM

bank support worker (Former Employee) –  Yeovil8 January 2016
I worked for Knightstone for a few months. The staff were constantly subjected to threats to their safety and well being, as well as that of their families. There were drugs, weapons and even worse. When these incidents were mentioned to other staff members it was intimated that this was the norm and nothing was ever done. Seems to me that they are more concerned over the contract and money they receive rather than the safety and well being of their own staff. A lot of good people trying to do a wonderful job, but meaningless management
Pros
Colleagues that really want to help
Cons
No discipline whatsoever - allowed to rum riot with no real consequenses

Support Worker/Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Weston-super-Mare, ENG19 October 2015
A great team to work with. Opportunities for development through plenty of in-house training. Ethos of the team is about achieving the best possible outcomes for service users which provides staff with a sense of accomplishment. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company.
Pros
Working with a team who have a shared goal.
Cons
Unpredictable hours because of dealing with emergencies.
