I really enjoyed teaching here, my students and colleagues were great. The main downside is upper management, and their decisions to squeeze departments, leaving it impossible to give any staff - let alone part-time staff most in need of proper support and security - that necessary support and security.

Currently going through a lot of change and therefore tasks needed to be completed at a high standard in order to aid the changes in the right direction. The changes are a challenge at the moment and are causing pressure on some areas to be able to achieve what is required. The people in the University are very friendly and help out whenever they can.
