Our glowing CQC report would not have been such if we had problems of under-staffing or a manager who did not listen.
In fact, I can say with complete confidence that Nishi is a well respected manager who strives constantly and passionately to improve the home's already very high standards.
There is a great team and a great team spirit and everyone I have asked enjoys the fresh, quality food. There is always enough for everyone!
