I did love going to work and enjoy working with the people there but now found out that most of them have stab me in the back just shows how the worms turn

Well it depends how many staff actually turn up. When we are at full capacity we have 2 members of staff and 1 senior to look after 50 residents. They do not get agency in to cover the shift we are just left to struggle and the home is very dangerous for the residents and also yourself and your team. Staff try to avoid the door to the office and the moral of the place is very low.
Dreaded each day. Never knew whether I was going to be summoned to head office or have skype calls for the CEO to shout at me with his audience in his office. The CEO and some of the other directors had no interest in the people they were caring for (dont believe all you hear from them, biggest load of rubbish), all they care about is filling the beds.
A resident in one of the Suffolk homes falls down the stairs ending up dead! All because the Directors/CEO would not repair a broken lift. This is how caring that company is. MONEY before CARE! Absolutely disgusted with this company. All they worry about is litigation and how they can cover it up in order to save their backs.
