Claim to have all these years of industry experience and recruit for a labourer/lagger? Picking up a knife and measuring tape doesn’t make you a lagger, do the also recruit for phlebotomist/neurosurgeon? pretty much the same thing after all aren’t they. Stick to warehousing etc or learn the difference between skilled and unskilled manual work.
