Nice and friendly to your face but failed to mention that you have targets to reach after 1 month. Reached my target everyday but they weren't happy when these targets were not met once the workload started to decrease.

Lovely people, varied tasks and workplace culture is supportive. No two days are the same with any law firm and that can deter some but over all I would recommend.

I spent almost 3 years in this company and it was a an excellent to wok for. I re-located in the UK and therefore had to leave and there were no offices close to where I was living, otherwise I would not have left.

A very hard working, challenging and stressful place to work.
Litigation Executive (Former Employee) –  Bolton11 October 2012
Defending suspected fraudulent civil litigation claims. Average case load of 50 files.
How to establish liability in a road traffic accident claim, how to value personal injury claims and other claims such as repairs of the vehicle, loss of earnings, credit hire etc.
Investigations into fraudulent suspects.
Research skills.
Experience handling complaints and general telephone skills and computer skills.
Quite good communication from Management but not enough empathy to their staff.
Unachievable targets.
No flexibility in regards to staff with children in regards to hours asked to work.
Pros
good benefits ie part payment from employer to company pension, bupa
Cons
expect you to work through lunch hour and your own private time in the evening to reach your targets
