Reasonable compared to other LA
I guess the hardest part is learning to switch off. You were constantly jumping from one task to another and playing catch up on tasks plan due to dealing with crisis or supporting the team, but then that is social work nowadays. I was part of a good stable team which is very helpful and I would say essential considering the work undertaken. Good training - more ... on offer and good welcome packages for new workers. - less
