low staff morale
Associate practitioner (Current Employee) –  Thanet, Kent22 November 2017
Too many staff crammed into open plan offices. Hot desks are common and so of course as a result you will often not have a seat or be in an over crowded noisy environment. Managers do not care about the conditions the staff work in at all. Very high stress levels and very hard to get any work done in current environment. Some staff are of A bullying nature and are not dealt with by management this can make it difficult to speak up. When staff leave they are not replaced and those that are replaced it takes a very long time for the recruitment process
Pros
Pension
Cons
Management. Hot desks. Over crowding. Stress

Bullying culture
Staff Nurse (Current Employee) –  Kent1 October 2017
Management more concerned with costs, meeting targets and critising staff on the front line.

Management ignore, intimidate staff who question the norm.

Lack of support, guidance and personal development for new members of staff.

The trust had a bad reputation before I joined, I wish I had listened to the crititics.

I urge you not to join this trust, a horrid place to work.

Good salary

Working here is enjoyable, as I enjoy the kitchen environment. Everyday is different. The people I work with are easy to get on with and at times can be helpful.
Pros
