Good for learning experience and discipline however, doesn't seem to be very reliable and they don't seem to respect their employees.
They are full of exploitment and its clear what they stand for. Quantity rather than quality, which isn't actually what Openreach would approve of.
A lot of false sold information on the recruitment sheet as their main goal is to persistently get as many workers to join as possible simply due to the fact that the majority of them leave within the first few weeks of being on the field due to seeing them for who they truly are.
A lot of the true information will only be told to you a few days after you have officially started training and thats how they manage to tie you in.
Its a Dog Eat Dog agenda.
