Fine. Nothing wrong with saying who you work for. A job is a job. No job is shameful. I personally work in a office and do Just Eat (subcontracted) on the side to earn additional income. It’s a great job with great pay. For any prospective employer. I’d choose a hard worker over someone who hasn’t worked a day in their life - by choice.
Personal experience in London
Working 12 hours Saturday and Sunday I take just under £300.00
Generally by rule of thumb. I expect to earn over £10.00 an hour. This is always the case for me. Minimum earned ever is £9.75 if you’re VERY quiet.
You choose to work hard. You get rewarded.
Does Just Eat require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does Just Eat do and how long does it take to complete?
Yes name addresses DOB (up to 5 tsars) declaration of criminal convictions.
It is a fair short form and is completed by an external agency.
They also ask you to upload your passport and utility bill.
You would need to have multiple shifts booked on same day, your talking 12 hours to get anywhere near £120 & 90% of the time u still wont make 120.
