Administrator (Former Employee) – Sheffield, South Yorkshire – 1 November 2018
After thinking role was ideal, turned out during 'induction', management were not supportive or prepared to listen or help. Unfriendly & money focussed, didnt seem able to explain or understand. I left during month long induction, unable to cope in the atmosphere.
Disappointed by change in ethos from one of caring to being money orientated.
Occupational Therapist (Former Employee) – Sheffield – 3 July 2018
Good job, but original ethos of company was lost and became drive by money. Top-heavy with management and did not feel supported by them. Built excellent relationships with peers/colleagues but not managers/directors.
Support Worker Trainer (Current Employee) – Sheffield – 15 December 2017
The most enjoyable part of the job is developing training courses, meeting new people and being able to share my knowledge with support workers. I also get to meet the clients that we support and gain knowledge of the medico-legal sector.
