Why do car sales companies seem to be regressing with work life balance (if you're not at work you can't sell) rather understand that better rested and treated staff are more productive, while paying less and less for more hours and higher expectations?

Great culture within the workplace. The employer is a reputable company to work for. They have a satisfactory bonus scheme for hitting targets. It is unfortunate that holiday pay is not included under their benefits.
