Maybe listen to what staff say rather than dictate shifts and bully people with a threat of redundancy if they don’t like it. Maybe not force employees to do overtime on their days off or make them work ridiculously long days because the systems they use are rubbish.

There are a variety of full time and part time rolls within the business as a whole. There is also a great system called star requests (short term arrangements) that you can arrange with your manager. The partnership have been outstanding in accommodating my changed availability.
