Stop bullying the staff, actually do some work rather than walk about with a look of superiority on your face. Know what your talking about and stop the constant gossiping, managers stand in groups chatting then reprimand staff for chatting. Try and make standing in one spot for hours on end a little more interesting or fun.

Maybe listen to what staff say rather than dictate shifts and bully people with a threat of redundancy if they don’t like it. Maybe not force employees to do overtime on their days off or make them work ridiculously long days because the systems they use are rubbish.
