There were two parts to the interview as a Christmas temp- group assessment and then a one-to-one interview. In the group assessment I was required to work as part of a team and fulfil customer's requirements with a selection of products of which none were perfect. We had to pick the item that was most ideal. The one-to-one was more about personal previous experience and what I had learned from it and what I could take from that and use working in John Lewis.
