Bullied verbally and physically. No room for progression. Managers just stand around chatting in groups. Poor pay for the lesser mortals. No leeway to have rota or hours changed. Some staff (minions!) are absolutely fantastic though. Sadly JL is NOT what it’s cracked up to be or perceived to be by the outside world.
