  • Change management and actually support staff instead of treating them like dirt

  • They need to listen to staff......biggest problem is managers all "in" with each other, so any problems staff have, never get fixed.

  • Get in new managers! They’re one word - bullies.

  • Nothing as they don't listen

  • Listen to the staff, actually make changes, don't just talk about it, enforce changes, don't make promises to try and keep staff happy when you don't carry them out.
