Never work for this company
Driver (Former Employee) –  Plymouth, Devon17 January 2020
Never work for this company, worked here over a month and got my first payment and it was just short of £250. Had to do 5 weeks in hand for some reason, I apparently damaged the van which was already damaged which is really shocking. Very unprofessional and block your number when asking where your wages are. Any other job your wages will go in midnight without fail, but this company you have to ring up the company or ask your site Superviser where they are, although it will take another week for it to be sorted

Terrible company
Multi Drop Driver (Current Employee) –  Redruth, Cornwall25 December 2019
Terrible company to work for, they don't care about you it's all about how much the management can make out of the workers, expect you to work a13hr shift on most days, pay works out less than minimum wage, the slightest thing wrong with your van and you end up with no wages, and they charge you an admin feefwagesjprocessing your wages,

Great place to work
Multi Drop Driver (Current Employee) –  Sunderland20 December 2019
The only down fall to the job is the long hours and when you cause any damage to the van it’s taking straight out of your wages the system used isn’t very good and the amount of work that is expected on a daily basis is soo high

Bad management
Driver (Former Employee) –  Selby9 December 2019
Don't work for this company as they withhold your wages and when you try to resolve it you get no straight answers. I am still out of pocket and waiting for my money to be released.

No paid Holidays. Managers would give you a hard time about having a day off, expected to work more hours then i was contracted and when i was contracted to work 5 days the wouldn't let me have my days off.

Would never go back
Multi Drop Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  Plymouth26 November 2019
Hours were ridiculous. Amount of deliveries a day could be up to 190 parcels a day.
After the cost of the van and your daily living costs the job is not worth it.
Management's did not care after I injured myself.
Full training not provided and no safety training provided.

Avoid this company
Drivers (Former Employee) –  Sheffield/ Middleton/ Runcorn4 November 2019
This is a typical example how companies shouldn't work.
Vans are falling apart (one nearly left me on the motorway), you need to be very careful and check the van very carefully when u get the keys. Most of the vans are filthy and they try to charge you for damages you haven't done to the van. When you complain they don't care.
They also expect (that's the only thing they do - they expect but the driver can't expect anything) that you pay for some small things e.g. bulbs for the van and they say they pay it back - what a lie - I'm still waiting for a couple of hundred pounds.
They tell they'll pay you fortnightly but they won't tell you at the beginning that you have to wait 4 weeks for the first payment.
AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANY AT ALL. They only rip you off.

delivery driver is a good job role to be doing as you are about doing deliveries and collections from customer so you are not always stood in the same place doing the same thing.

Do not work for this company
Multi Drop Delivery Driver (Former Employee) –  South West15 October 2019
You’ll be expected to work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. Van rental takes a bite out of your earnings (£750 per month). You’ll get ripped off if the van gets damaged whilst in your care. No holiday pay. No pension or sick pay. You’re considered self employed but have no flexibility in your work or control of your pay.
Don’t put yourself through this!
Cons
Long hours, no work/life balance, no employee rights and no regard for your safety on the road.

Sheffield depot
Driver (Former Employee) –  Sheffield, South Yorkshire6 June 2019
Don't know how in another depots, but in Sheffield is really good manager. Nice team. Was only one girl, and felt more than nice treated. Wages is really low (5 years not changing) . If van damaged, you have 28 days to repair by yourself. Wages paid 2× a month. Nothing bad, really. Just not enough money for that hard, dangerous job. , and long hours.
Pros
Good management, nice team
Cons
Low income
