okay group very fun needs to be more professional structured from there leaders managers owner involved To many changes and policy in the last year . Can be dull at times not enough fair share work to go around.

Working for Jill of all Trades is pretty good on the whole. It is very flexible and there is a good life/work balance. I would totally recommend the company.

My work is satisfying out in the sunshine learning more about the plants and how they grow. I have worked by myself for 8 years. The hardest part of my job is clients not looking after thier garden when I have spent days working on it, most enjoyable part of the day is going home...
