Nice place, but poor technology investment and no process

In terms of employee perspective, it's a decent place to work, a lot of flexibility and staff benefits. However, as a technologically and objective driven person, the process here is one of the worst I've seen. There is no guideline or documentation on how to write process documents. If you ask someone they will direct you to a different team and they will say we can't disclose information to non-team members. There isn't a collabrative culture here. Cover their own backs is always the main priority. The software used are also dated, not up to date with current methods of working and no teams are using the same software.
To me, it's a shame because JLR is one of the biggest companies in the UK. It lacks a clear direction of what to do.
