People are entitled to their opinion but I need to interject. JD are absolutely not racist, this is an absurd thing to say given how diverse this company is. The instructors are absolutely brilliant and do their job to the utmost perfection. Team leaders/supervisors are very supportive and work with 100% professionalism.
I have my CV into the shop and got an interview on the spot for a week later. I tried to match the uniform black jeans, plain black top, black jacket and nice trainers. They took me into the back some random room and it was really chill one to one interview. Ask standard questions about ur self and verify stuff with ur ID. They has a s booklet which had questions that were pre written for everyone and the interviewer just asked me one or two random ones from each page. Literally took me like 10-15 minutes max. Hope that helps :D
This was for a x mas temp job
Literally just wear what you would wear day to day. I wore normal clothes and was worried they would think i was unproffesional but everyone that went to the interview wore tracksuites and the interviewer themselves wore branded clothes.
The following questions (from what i can remember) were asked to me when i went for my interview (Oct2019)
- Tell me about yourself
- Customer sales experience
- How would you sell a can of Crep protect
- Name a time you dealt with difficult customer
- How would you ensure you put customer first
- Favourite silhouette of shoe
- How would you meet customers needs
Then asked about availability.
