11 working hours without opportunity to sit down as it is not allowed, employer is required to walk/stand for 11 hours which is very hard to do. You're allowed 1 hours break which is up to the employer how they arrange it. After working 4 days for 11 hours straight, I spend one full day resting as it is very challenging for older employer like myself. - more... Only benefit is the 4 days off work. - less
