Poorly managed and poorly paid

As bar-work goes, Wetherspoons is one of the worst. Maximum effort is required on minimum pay. There are no extra benefits to working weekends or anti-social hours, and you often have to work with no break as the management team to do not efficiently handle breaks and staff.
ProsDiscounted food and drinks.
ConsLong, Anti-Social hours.
