Informal. I was asked if I was an idiot. I said no and they let me start the next day. Was basically a five minute conversation, Turnover of staff is so high they don't actually care.

Very straight forward and most questions involve common sense if you have worked in a similar environment before. A lot of the interview questions can be found on google

I went in to the pub and spoke to a manager, he asked me to give in a CV. I then had an interview with the pub manager, where I was asked about myself, if I knew anything about the Wetherspoon brand etc. It was a feeling out process more than anything, as I had expressed my interest in the job through multiple phone calls and visits to the pub.
