Money is important but not everything if the money goes up all well and good all I want is to be employed at a good rate of pay and in a nut shell be happy that I could trust my work mates and be connected with your organisation

Pay dates are what ever you want to give its fine by me what ever you think best I am totally ok with any date that the organisation wants

As a Bar Associate, you are paid weekly. The hours worked from "Monday to Sunday" minus your breaks are multiplied by your rate of pay (in your contract). You are then paid the following Friday.
For Example:
"Monday 26th February" - "Sunday 04th March" >>PAID>> "Friday 9th March"
Keep on top of it, especially if you do a lot of covering shifts as sometimes your hours may be overlooked. Assume that your breaks aren't paid so when you get more than you expect, happy days...
