Depends on which position you apply for in all fairness, though you will be asked to pick up extra shifts

The hours do not matter if the organisation needs it I would be willing to do it with out a doubt theirs no point in applying if the job did not requiring the commitment

Hours per week are fairly decent if you are well trained. the times you actually work are completely random.

Its free beer after 11 o'clock so most of the staff stay till 2 ish

Has always been fully flexible with my other commitments such as uni and hobbies. Can ask for as many or as little hours as you want however sometimes they can cut shifts off you last minute which may not be good if you need full time work.
