We usually do twelve hours shifts on a monthly basis.
I used to stay behind till 2 ish with the manageress having a game of chest
No social life at all, The better you are at your job the worse the hours get!! Sad but true :(
Depends on which position you apply for in all fairness, though you will be asked to pick up extra shifts
You don’t have a social life AT ALL! But you get used to it over time.
The hours do not matter if the organisation needs it I would be willing to do it with out a doubt theirs no point in applying if the job did not requiring the commitment
You either get loads or very few

Hours per week are fairly decent if you are well trained. the times you actually work are completely random.

Its free beer after 11 o'clock so most of the staff stay till 2 ish
Has always been fully flexible with my other commitments such as uni and hobbies. Can ask for as many or as little hours as you want however sometimes they can cut shifts off you last minute which may not be good if you need full time work.
