Graphic Designer/Artworker (Current Employee) –  London7 January 2019
This company is great for benefits, training support and a friendly atmosphere.

You can expand on your career here, make life time friends and be supported outside of work even with their benefits system.

Clique company where progression doesn't exist
Proposals (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London10 May 2018
ISG is a company filled with people looking out for themselves. Management is appalling at best, all the promising of training and advancement is lies to entice you to join the company. Work excessively long hours with no appreciation or rewards for wasting your life away. Pay for my particular section of work is a joke. No respect from other people in the team. If you're not best friends with the right people, you will get nowhere. Do not be fooled into joining.
Pros
Leave at 4 on Fridays (if you don't have an awful deadline)
Cons
Long hours, under appreciated, poor management, cliques

A company of cliques
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  East Anglia20 June 2017
The title sums it up entirely. Each day is challenging and rewarding, but if you're not part of the inner sanctum, there is no career progression. Massively political and promises ar continually made to employees about salaries and rewards that never materialise. Everything is linked to who you know, and not what you know. I was happy to leave after almost 3 years of working hard with no reward.
Pros
Always a challenge
Cons
Long hours, no recognition for most staff

Poor management/ support
Quantity surveyor (Former Employee) –  London14 June 2017
Worked for a year with this company as a qs. Was promised the best training anyone could provide in the interview and didn't see 1 training session in 12 months. There was no drive or sense of urgency from senior staff members. No ownership. Poor team members who sat at their desks and didn't do very much. Poor attitude to subcontractors. Sense that everyone was disposable.
Pros
Great delivery guys, good subcontractors
Cons
Long days with no reward, poor management and no care from anyone

Director (Current Employee) –  Manchester, ENG7 January 2016
There is no clear direction from above and this manifests itself in a toxic 'every man for himself' culture. Glad to be out!
