Interviewers were both very nice and interview was quite informal however I only found out that I did not have the job by persistently ringing up several times weeks later (despite being promised to be told the end of the week I was interviewed) which I feel is unfair leaving someone hanging
1 yearly but you’ll never get one. Be late once in a year or be forced to have time off with an abscess on the spine, yet denied a pay increase due to a brief absence due to that! Could hardly come in when I cannot walk or sit!
Value employees in ways that matter, support from more admin staff, lighter work loads, higher salary
