What advice would you give the CEO of Interstate Hotels & Resorts about how to improve it?
Your staff repasents your Buissness hire the best experience staff that doesn't mind multitasking. A On going training for staff , bonuses, and enought staff will lead to successful outcome. And treating staff with respect and dignity goes a long way. No one would want to leave a place they are happy to work for.
Toxic. Bullying and intimidation. If you are not part of the clique you won’t get far here. Managers don’t know how to manage people, HR are useless.
What would you suggest Interstate Hotels & Resorts management do to prevent others from leaving?
Definitely reconsider your young night manager.
It's very worrying that a great chain and a beautiful hotel has such an individual looking after there hotel of a night.
