Good working environment with very friendly staff. A typical day at work consists of speaking to 30+ guests and travel agents in regards to booking in the central London area in which i do my best in helping with. As IHG is the biggest hospitality company worldwide, there are constant changes in which i have to make sure i am adapting to.
The most rewarding part of the job is knowing i have provided the best possible service to callers, this is very rewarding for myself personally.
