Wow!
2nd Line Support Engineer (Current Employee) –  Burton-On-Trent17 April 2019
If your in any other department then support or customer services, your GOLDEN, your wage is on par, your working conditions good! If you take a job with inspired at less then £19k except to be treated like a toilet and get sacked just as quick as they hire you ... HR won’t talk to you unless your out of probation and if they do they remind you your scum
Pros
Any other department is good
Cons
your worthless and they let you know it at every turn

Senior Product manager (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London20 December 2018
High management don't value the employees.
Flexible working hours and working from home.
No such thing as a bonus , no training.
The culture is 'tell me what to do and I'll do it'

Great people and work atmosphere, poor in progression and salary
QA Engineer (Current Employee) –  Oxford Street, Greater London15 February 2018
Inspired Gaming Group is a great company to work for, with many intelligent and hard working staff. The biggest issue with Inspired is the lack of appreciation of the working staff. Promotions and salary progression are limited and appear to occur for a set number of staff.
Pros
Atmosphere and staff
Cons
Poor progression and salary

Disorganised
Field Service Engineer (Current Employee) –  Home Based25 September 2017
No confidence in replacement components. Either arrive DOA or fail within a couple of days.
Contradictory policies from Field Service Managers and higer management regarding call allocation.
If Field Service Engineers were left to their own judgement SLA levels would soar.
Enjoyable part of the job is interaction with shop staff who we serve.
Pros
Scenery changes from day to day
Cons
Unreliable Parts

Product Support Services - Estate Administrator (Former Employee) –  Bangor18 November 2014
Performing Estate Administration tasks using out in house systems, this entails managing clients, venues and units. Generating and working on pre-defined reports and distributing them to all relevant parties within the agreed time scale.
Logging and documenting all customer venue issues at the correct priority and ensuring they are executed within the agreed SLA.
Capturing all data and proactively monitoring all central systems, this ensures that all preventative processes can be executed to prevent Estate downtime.
Assisting engineers and customers with any questions/ queries / concerns as is relevant and necessary to my role.
I have gained a wealth of experience with Inspired, ranging from Customer Service Skills all the way to being able to remotely fix a machine.
