Performing Estate Administration tasks using out in house systems, this entails managing clients, venues and units. Generating and working on pre-defined reports and distributing them to all relevant parties within the agreed time scale.
Logging and documenting all customer venue issues at the correct priority and ensuring they are executed within the agreed SLA.
Capturing all data and proactively monitoring all central systems, this ensures that all preventative processes can be executed to prevent Estate downtime.
Assisting engineers and customers with any questions/ queries / concerns as is relevant and necessary to my role.
I have gained a wealth of experience with Inspired, ranging from Customer Service Skills all the way to being able to remotely fix a machine.
