Support Worker (Former Employee) –  Norfolk25 April 2018
took months to get a start date as relief support worker, they put in for my DBS again even though i have one on the update system! after finally getting some work it soon became apparent that my face did not fit, the team i worked with were very clicky, hard to talk to.

in all not a good experince, they seem to have an easy come easey go attitude to staff.
Pros
good training and i could claim the millage
Cons
management do not communicate with each other

An amazing two years with this company so far. Supportive colleagues and a great training programme. Wages in line with national equivalent. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm only a volunteer there but all the staff and managers are good to work with.

Pleasant people working very hard - some culture issues being sorted
Temporary Business Support Officer (Former Employee) –  Norwich, ENG19 September 2015
Pleasant colleagues in a fast paced busy place. There was a huge amount of change going on so many staff were trying to cope with that. Generally the Managers were helpful and it was run within reasonable Guide Lines but a Culture change from being run by the Council to becoming independent seemed to cause some struggles. Over all a reasonable experience.
