Changed now due to the amount of staff that leave before the training has even finished.
Now staff go straight to the service that they will be working at, l suppose it helps ease the shock factor as many are not used to care work and it really isn't there first choice of employment but the job centre has targets to meet.
Then they go to the Head Office for training whilst continuing to work in the service.
