Working outside can be hard in the winter. Really poor management and hard to get a long with the people they employ were they are so desperate. Never get out on time and always overtime available. Over worked and underpaid. Avoid this place if you can

A Company that lacks communication
Business Development Manager (Former Employee) –  York18 August 2016
A typical day at work involves a round of follow-up calls, making appointments, visiting clients to discuss their needs and canvassing local businesses to make them aware of our services.

Often this will include terminal installations, other times, telephone support.

It's a tough industry with a high attrition rate - you have be single minded and thick skinned to succeed, although it is varied and it's interesting to meet new people.

Management can be remote and difficult to contact, that said, there are good people there who make the difference.

The hardest parts of my job are creating leads in the first place and then ensuring the application processing is completed in timely fashion.

The most enjoyable part of my job is the freedom it allows in terms of not being office based, but then the price you pay for that is a lack of income and job security.
Pros
Some leads are generaed for you
Cons
Very long hours
