Good company to work for. Good benefits. Its fun that a lot of people work there together and there are a lot if different roles within the company as well.

  • fun and productive

when i first started at IKEA it was a fun and productive place to work. everyone got along and the job was exciting. unfortunately it started to loose the fun factor and got more demanding and stressful. felt like i was becoming a robot.
