Despite the sector is being smashed, the company have a huge set of good practices and work environment. The main problem n this case is the department. The bonus is a joke, tech systems are not good for the daily job, the workload is split horribly and if you expect to change role or get a promotion they are not interested in your experience, skills or the work that you are currently doing, they focus more on your "relationship" with managers.

Certain members of management had no definitive direction of where their department was heading. Acceptance of other people's opinions, experience and idea's are not welcome. No training plan, resources were not abundant and lack of communication were just some of the issues.
