Poor
Graphic Operator (Former Employee) –  Peterborough, Cambridgeshire19 February 2018
Although this job looked appealing in the end all it was, was 12 and a half hour shifts with only an hour break, out of date equipment (computers), poor pay and no way to advance in a career there.

Creative Writer/ I Card Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Peterborough13 November 2017
This company is a great place to start if entering a brand new career with limited experience. However, the con to this is that wages are lower than some places, so it all depends on how the role suits you.

Moreover, there is room to develop if you are interested in a commercial career, but the company appears to run in a "one in, one out" style, so you may have to wait for people to leave before your next advancement.

In terms of management i only have good words, personal and professional development is encouraged and there is always help and advice available.

Everyone is friendly there and a team atmosphere is encouraged, this includes group activities and events.
Pros
nice people, consistant hours, ideal for minimum experience workers
Cons
lower pay, wait before advancement

Not very good job for a long term. Bad salary. People just looking on your hands, friends company, people aren't treated equally with others. Stay away from it.

Could be brilliant but felt as though your face had to fit to get on.

Good team environment, good hours of work.

Each team keeps themselves to themselves.

Under-staffed, under-paid, poor career opportunities, socially political.
Creative Developer (Current Employee) –  Peterborough, Cambridgeshire4 September 2017
Not a place I would recommend if you're a loyal career type. The company is extremely cliquey, favouring one particular department over all others. If you are not part of this department or within their social clique then your chances of career progression are very limited.

On a personal note, I have grown a lot from my time here and learnt valuable lessons that I can take into future roles, and there are some great people working at the company. Unfortunately there is a festering issue from the top down to the bottom, from grossly under-paid departments to poor management. Staff who have worked at the company for 15+ years will share the glumness on a daily basis, personally I would rather get out and work in a positive environment rather than get dragged down with them.

Multi Skilled Studio Operator (Current Employee) –  Peterborough26 April 2016
brilliant place to work. amazing management / senior staff in TV operations.

working hours can be long, but more than required brakes are given. working 4 on 2 off suites some peoples life style. its a shame the rest of the staff are on a different shift.

Assistant (Current Employee) –  Peterborough24 September 2015
A good place to work if your main goal is to gain a bit of experience and then move onto something bigger and better. Not a lot of incentive or encouragement to stay as promotions/pay increases are few and far between.
