Anyone with any ambition should not apply to this group. No proper site instructions, no advancement opportunities unless you're rude and aggressive with the line staff, drivers and HGV delivery staff. The ONLY reason that you would even consider working for ICTS is, that you'll receive plenty of extra shifts that you haven't agreed to, which balances the fact that the pay is not good. Due to the fact that the staff turn over is high, and due to the excessive sickness problems (mostly due to tiredness), you'll probably have a secure position if you can work with bullying, bigotted and often beligerant work colleagues.

The management spy on you using the cctv, also the management tell you that you are not allowed to take breaks, they also contact you on your days off for shifts, if you decline the shift offer, they will then take regular shifts from you.
Took up their offer of employment two days were training days after only six hours into my training supervisor showed me the rosta he had drawn up. Monday and Tuesday were training days Wednesday and Thursday I was to work at a different site Friday I was off Saturday and Sunday I was back at the original site but on night shift. Told the manager this was unacceptable was told by the manager that this is what I had to work or the job offer would be withdrawn told him to withdraw the offer. I was not willing to work a 72 hour week on basic pay no overtime rate or shift allowance the company was based at amazon balby Doncaster

ICTS is one company running operation at Heathrow which has Racist management in Delta contract. Managers have all the time to interfere in personal life of agents and have few agents who give information about their colleagues to be in good books of managers and to get promoted. They track their employees through social media and messaging apps like what’s app. They don’t have any knowledge about people management and how to take care of their employees. Very cheap and dual personality staff and management ICTS has. Feel pathetic to be a part of it.
4 on 4 off; 12 hour shifts with a paid one hour break. Uniform supplied. 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rolling rota which includes bank hols.you can work out rota for a whole year Always extra hours available. Amazon staff on a whole are rude and unhelpful. ICTS is subcontracted to run security and do most of thier job with hands tied. The morale for the whole building is very low which is a shame because most of the security teams get on very well and have a good time while working.
The night shift is very .. very boring but there is a lot more todo in the day which makes time go quicker.
All the Drivers are subcontacted and so are all the package sorters and there is very little harmony between all the different companies under one roof which make for quite an unpleasant working enviroment and the moaning and back stabbing are worse than in any other industry

I think that it's a good company they look after there staff to motivate them to work harder and when they do arrive at work they will enjoy it and everyday is different from yesterday they do have a lot of flexibility in what ever you desire however you wanna work whatever station you want to be put out there will be no backwards to help you and also like an hour to be there if you have any questions or queries just ask the management that very easy going

company is ok to work for just the fact that you have to wait till near middle of month to be paid Uniform is ok and if your face fits you get proper training techniques If you have time off it's frowned upon but discipline is a joke as people are always absent and company doesn't seem to consider the effect it has on employees that attend No incentive to do overtime as there's no premium rate given

in the short time I spent with ICTS I had no training, the manager was not bothered about helping me to progress upwards although helped the other female supervisor progress. The management above the site managers wanted to help to get training but never appeared.

I would stay clear of this company as you get no life.. minimal benefits (Infact.. actually.. thinking about it you get no benefits?) and you are treated awefully. They make it very clear that you are just a number of a spreadsheet.

Very disappointing, I was taken on as a security supervisor at the new Amazon warehouse in Doncaster. The money was good and there was no weekends. But during shift don't expect a break, don't expect to have lunch, don't expect anything or you will be dissappointed. Horrible pay structure, horrible communications, and no management what so ever. I can now see why they are constantly recruiting. I would rather be on the dole than work for this company, nobody cares about your welfare and there is no work/life balance and it's very unhealthy to work in the conditions I was in where you would get a lunch break, probably, eventually but the canteen will be closed and you will be eating out of a vending machine.
