Contract Cleaner (Current Employee) –  Carlisle14 May 2018
My work as cleaner is okay.
But moral is low working conditions could be better.
Client expects me to get every thing done over a weekend.
Have to attend pointless meetings.
Some of the staff are immature constant backstabbing and kick offs.
Supervisor belittles me some times and so dose some of the full time production workers.
Want a job where I get respect and be part of a bigger organisation.

Not a very good place to work
Industrial Cleaner (Current Employee) –  Glasgow, Glasgow30 May 2017
Hard going very demanding and the hours are too long
the managers are poor on my side with the job title I have.
The workplace itself is a poor environment the hardest part of the job is the hours and the work being very difficult and demanding.
Most of my certificates and training has the only good part about it.
Pros
You have to pay
Cons
12 hours shifts

Cleaning job in a food factory.
service person (Former Employee) –  Birmingham: Cadbury factory29 December 2014
Agency got/ had their office on the factory premises. They have/ had fingerprint/ hand scan clocking devise.
Uniforms: You have to and can ONLY wear it on factory floors which going on a break makes it a bit of a hustle, it is because canteen is not considered a factory floor, so in order to go on a break you have to go to changing room, change, go on a break, change back to your working uniform and back on a work floors (Cadbury factory is huge so it takes at least 5-8 minutes from clocking out for a break to reaching the canteen).
Safety standards are priority there so you will NEVER going to be asked to perform a task which is against H&S rules. They do fire drills at least once a month (fire alarms are checked every day).
Work is 'standard' coded: gold, silver, bronze. Gold meaning a thorough cleaning (spotless), bronze on the other hand is just a sweeping.
Overall one of the best places I've worked, if not for money I probably would still be working there.
Pros
Even though it is an agency, they will always have work for you.

cleaner (Former Employee) –  Leominster Marlbrook11 December 2012
I have learned many new informations about safety and hygiene in food production, how to use chemicals and about job in high quality standard. I gained Saffety Pass in Food Production. Very friendly co-workers. It was job in high temperature - the hardest part. It was not strong supervised job on my own initiative - what I like.
