Generally good experience, do not ready you from one contract to the next, you have to chase them for opportunities. They do not always make you feel of value when finishing a contract as they are not in your final days offering you other opportunities, even if they say you've done well.
Certain figures within the corporation only project the company values when senior figures are present, otherwise are pretty disengaged.
Overall a positive firm, however you'd feel a company that asked us to take a reduction in day rate, mid-contract, explaining that it was for longevity, would then wish to repay your loyalty. That's a lesson to take away from contracting in general possibly but definitely my experience with Huntswood.
