Local Office staff were lovely as was my immediate manager but top down management was poor.

Very stressful job with constant demands via email to complete addional requests.
They offered 3 new starters permenant positions but made two of us redundant within a year and were aware of the funding cuts. Job should have been advertised as temporary. They do not look after their staff but talk as if they do.
Very confused organisation that didn't - more... provide the training they should have at the start. We had repeated technical issues in the office on a weekly basis. Staff mix was excellent but morale is now poor as trust in Horton has been destroyed by recent redundancies and how Horton hav ... - less
ProsFree parking at RDC office, colleagues and immediate manager
ConsHub and regional organisation
